User Posted Content on Your Platform

You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image, and or, equivalents), messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on or through the Service or the Platform, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the “User Content”). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Platform or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post.

You understand and agree that UNIAPT may, but is not obligated to, review the Platform and may delete or remove (without notice) any Platform Content or User Content by its sole discretion, for any reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or other parties. You are fully responsible for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Platform or provide to UNIAPT.

When you post User Content in the Platform, you allow us to make such copies in the measure that we deem necessary for the normal User Content functioning. You may remove your User Content from the Platform at any time. If you choose to remove your User Content, the license granted above will automatically expire, however you acknowledge that the Company may retain archived copies of your User Content when those copies are necessary for evidence of the consent previously granted, in case it deems necessary for compliance with legal obligations, to protect User vital interests, for performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, or, processing is also necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedom of the User.

UNIAPT does not assert any ownership over your User Content; you retain full ownership of all of your User Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your User Content.
